A first-of-its-kinds book, Arbitration:  Owner, Contractor-Design Professional takes a case study approach to providing critical information about how each of these parties can deal effectively with conflict and conflict resolution.

Construction-related disputes can cost thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars, or more.  Learn how to avoid, or better deal with construction disputes and the arbitration process with our information-packed book.
